A simple remedy of pepper will cure cold - cough - cough
Black pepper is also called the king of spices. As it has anti bacterial properties, it protects the body from many diseases. Its consumption gives quick benefits in cold, cough and cough. Drinking tea with 8-10 black pepper, 10-15 basil leaves gives relief when cold, cough. Grind equal parts of pepper, pepper and cinnamon in cough, mix 2 grams of honey and apply it 2-3 times a day. Eating 4-5 peppers with about 15 grains of raisins also cures cough.

- If there is an allergy in the nose, make a powder of 10 grams each of cinnamon, black pepper, cardamom powder and sugar. Add seeded black grapes and 10-12 basil leaves and mix. Make small tablets of 3-5 grams of this mixture, dry it in the shade and take 2-2 tablets in the morning and evening with warm water.

- Boil 8-10 black pepper in water and rinse with that water. This will also cure the throat infection.
- Piperine in black pepper increases blood circulation. This relieves muscle pain. Heat the oil slightly and mix black pepper in it and massage the back and shoulders. Arthritis is also benefited from black pepper.
- Pepper increases hydrochloric acid in the stomach which helps in digestion. According to Yuna, eating pepper relieves stomach pain, constipation, indigestion and acidity. If you have gas in your stomach, add half a lemon juice and half a teaspoon of pepper powder and half a teaspoon of sandalwood in a cup of water and drink it. Constipation is relieved by drinking 4-5 pepper with milk at night.
