1. Drink 3-4 liters of water daily

Apart from this, drinking so much water also prevents the habit of eating frequently as the stomach feels heavy due to water. Make sure to drink water at least one hour after eating.
2. Eat a salad
Eat enough salad whenever you eat every day. If you feel guilty, eat salad like carrot, cucumber, chickpea etc. instead of snacks. Eating gram provides protein to the body.
3. Make a habit of walking for 15 minutes after eating
Walk for 15 minutes after eating lunch or dinner. If there is a park near home or office, go there, otherwise, walk anywhere.
